The purpose of iKart Ombudsman office is to provide means for suppliers, employees, others to inform the company about procurement related concerns and issues in an anonymous and secure way. It is also a way for iKart team to know about situations that are impairing supplier relations or suppliers and employees are in violation of business practise or not in compliance with laws.
While it is best to resolve procurement related issues with the local contact, in the event it is not possible or the issue is sensitive in nature, we advice you to contact the Ombudsman team. The role of Ombudsman team is to be a neutral party and work in the best interest of supplier and iKart.
The Ombudsman team will investigate the issue and perform the appropriate action. they would also ensure the issue is highlighted to the proper level for resolution.
